The Phoenix Rescue Mission is a family of people who really care about those who are less fortunate -- and who also roll up their sleeves to see that the work of caring for these people actually happens. Our family is blessed with thousands of donors who give of their time, goods, and funds to allow this organization to carry out our work 24 hours each day and seven days each week.


John Paul the Great Catholic University

John Paul the Great Catholic University is a visionary teaching institution focused on and dedicated to molding students into future innovators, creators and leaders. The Founders are driven by the vision of creating a world-class university for students seeking degree programs in communications media, business, and technology.

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is a leader in supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families. The Fund has provided close to $60 million in support for the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation, and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans.


National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arizona Chapter

Fresh Start Women's Foundation

Fresh Start is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women help themselves. We do that through the work of the Jewell McFarland Lewis - Fresh Start Women's Resource Center. The women who come to us for help are not savvy about the "system" but rather are women just like you who are facing challenges that seem insurmountable. Help us help them.


Autism Society of America, Phoenix Chapter

Wings to Fly

Wings to Fly is a national non-profit organization that promotes life long self-esteem in young women ages 10-17. Each one-week educational camp focuses on empowering the girls to make healthy choices in four building blocks of life: emotional, physical, spiritual and financial.


Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc. (TSA®)

Founded in 1972 in Bayside New York, TSA is the only national voluntary non-profit membership organization in this field. Our mission is to identify the cause of, find the cure for and control the effects of Tourette Syndrome. We offer resources and referrals to help people and their families cope with the problems that occur with TS.

Breast Cancer 3-Day

Past Winner

Each step you take on the Breast Cancer 3-Day brings us closer to ending the disease forever. 85% of the net proceeds of this event go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure providing breast cancer research, treatment, education and prevention. The remaining 15% of net funds goes to the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund.


Hope House Maternity Home

The Hope House Maternity Home (Living Hope Women’s Center of the White Mountains) is a Christian ministry dedicated to the sanctity of human life, the belief in abstinence until marriage and the teaching of sound Christian precepts of life-style and parenting.

Mayo Clinic Dept. of Development - Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Mayo clinic is a not-for-profit medical practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of virtually every type of complex illness. Mayo Clinic staff members work together to meet your needs. CLL is a type of Leukemia in which lymphocytes in the bone marrow generate too many white blood cells that then invade the blood stream. It is a progressive cancer that strikes older adults.


Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Desert Southwest Chapter)

JDRF’s mission is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. The Desert Southwest Chapter is based in Phoenix, AZ with branch offices in Tucson, AZ and Albuquerque, NM.

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America

The mission of Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis is an auto immune disease of the digestive tract often starting in teenagers and young adults and lasts a lifetime.




Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s.



Genesis Women's Shelter

Past Winner

Genesis Women’s Shelter provides quality safety and shelter to battered women and their children through crisis intervention and short term crisis therapeutics and to reduce the occurrence of violence again women and children in the greater Dallas area. We are committed to raising the level of community awareness regarding the pervasiveness and effects of domestic violence.


American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy and service.

Give 2 The Troops, Inc.

Give 2 The Troops, Inc. sends care packages to U.S. military troops deployed in combat zones around the world. What started as a personal project has evolved into an ongoing community effort from organizations and people nationwide. It is a heart-warming effort from people who care about our troops and want to show their support.


West Valley Child Crisis Center, Inc.

West Valley Child Crisis Center, Inc. is in the business of saving children's lives, providing temporary shelter and supervision for children who are victims of, or at risk of, abuse, neglect or abandonment, in a safe, nurturing, home-like environment staffed by quality care providers and to interact with the community to increase awareness of, and to prevent, the cycle of child abuse.

Foothills Animal Rescue

Past Winner

Foothills Animal Rescue (FAR) was organized in February 1995 by Liz Northcott and a small group of volunteers at the urging of local veterinarian Dr. Cliff Faver, to help solve the problem of unwanted, abandoned, abused and lost cats and dogs. The organization is nonprofit.

Foothills Animal Rescue was nominated by Yvonne Holmes, Pebble Technology Accounting Assistant.

Maggie’s Place is a house of hospitality for expectant women who wish to achieve their goals in a dignified atmosphere. Following Catholic social teaching, we recognize that we are responsible to and for one another.

Teen Challenge of Arizona

Teen Challenge of Arizona is a worldwide organization dedicated to helping individuals who struggle with life controlling addictions. Since 1965, Teen Challenge of Arizona has been combating the drug and alcohol problem in Arizona with amazing results; a documented 86% Success Rate!
